chrysalis of a monarch butterf

I drew this while listening to 'Feeling Good' by Muse, after writing an angry diary entry about how much I hated school. I'm in uni now, but I still have high school nightmares all the time. My subconscious refuses to let it go.

Anywho, I reared monarch butterflies in the summer, and I hope to do so again this upcoming summer.

Medium: pencil, black eye liner, silver eye liner, pressed eyeshadow from the 120 palette, gold eye shadow wax pencil, loose powder. I don't have colouring material, and I don't draw often enough to warrant me buying them.
